In-house facility to check the hardness of heat-treated forgings as well as finish components on the scale of BHN and HRB. NDE testing facilities like UT, MPI, LPT are available with written practice for acceptance criteria which is approved by the ASNT Level-III inspector.
We have an in-house lab testing facility to check the mechanical properties of components, we have a UTS machine for tensile testing and an impact testing machine for Charpy impact testing.
